What is the purpose?

Designed to not simply provoke thought but provide practical advice and tools to help you objectively benchmark your position, evaluate your property options and make calculated decisions in line with the changing demands of your business and financial targets.

What is the format?

An intense and focussed session, professionally facilitated, combining short presentations, interactive group work using first-time tools and expert opinion on hand to provide personal consultations.
